My good friend Mark Piper,
Is known throughout Nashville for his meticulous attention to detail, Mark has worked on projects for legendary artists such as Lorrie Morgan, Alan Jackson, Larry Carlton, Keith Richards, George Benson, Wayne Newton, Jimmy Vivino, Greg Lake, Robben Ford, Sonny Thomas, Eddie Martinez, Hank Thompson, Elliott Easton, Gatemouth Brown, Justin Hayward, Scott Holt (with Buddy Guy), and Steve Miller among others.

Mark has also worked with the industry’s most esteemed archtop builder, Bob Benedetto. Mark and Master Builder Evan Ellis were selected to build the exclusive Guild Benedetto archtop line with accolades from Benedetto himself saying, “Nobody builds my guitars better than these two guys.”

Mark now has his own line of guitars called Redentore. I have had the honor to go to Mark's shop when he was starting up his guitar line. Each Guitar Mark Piper makes is hand made one at a time. Mark uses the best woods, Frets, Pickups, Tuners and Hardware on all his guitars. The step up and action on Redentore which is Italian for “Redeemer” is amazing. When trying out guitars I play them acoustically first. The tone that came out the Redentore was very rich, could hear every string and note ring and the acoustic volume could cut through Count Basie orchestra. I than tried the Redentore amplified. The floating pickup was very musical and brought out the acoustics of the Redentore even more!

This is one very well thought out line of guitars from Craftsmanship to tone! If your looking for a smokin' Jazz guitar this is worth checking out.
